OMNI KARISMA was established in 2002, to build a team of qualified and experienced professionals to provide airport services, hotel stewarding and housekeeping manpower supply, and facilities management industry. We are backed by a strong management & technical staff, dedicated operation team and highly experienced directors and advisors of whom put together, has more than 20 years experience in the business.
Our Airport Services consist of Trolley Management, Cargo Handling, Passenger handling, Inflight Catering, and Porter service. We serve clients such as MAHB, POS Aviation Sdn Bhd, POS Logistics Berhad, Emirates, Saudia Airline and Malindo Air.
In Hotel and Facilities Management, we supply Housekeeping and Stewarding manpower, and provide Landscaping maintenance, and cleaning services to clients such as Movenpick hotel KLIA, Ritz-Carlton Resort Langkawi, Double Trees by Hilton Melaka, Westin Desaru Coast Resort Johor, and The ELS Golf Club Desaru Coast, One & Only Desaru Coast and Desaru Coast Riverside.
Our panel of consultants and trainers comprises of ex-officers of the Armed Forces. They have the personnel and logistics management experience, put together has handled complex military operation for the Armed Forces and the United Nations.
